Start from the asset you need
Work backwards from the deliverable. Vertical video for paid social needs a different entry angle and light than stills for press. Decide the hero frame first, then position the globe, the branding and the capture point to serve it.
Branding options
The globe can be themed to your campaign rather than to a generic winter look — surround graphics, internal props, colourways and the media that circulates inside can all follow your brand guidelines. Additional props can also be hired where a scene needs building out.
Artwork is the only element with a hard lead time, so lock files early and treat any late change as a cost and schedule risk.
Content volume is a throughput problem
The number of usable assets you leave with is a function of slot length, staffing and queue management, not of how good the set looks. Short slots with a dedicated host and a dedicated shooter produce far more per hour than an unmanaged open door.
- ❄One host to brief guests and time the slot
- ❄One shooter or a fixed capture rig on the hero angle
- ❄A consent and delivery route for guest content before you shoot anything
Why a guest-controlled scene films better
Inside the globe, guests throw the medium towards the internal fan themselves, so the movement peaks on cue rather than running flat all day. That gives your shooter a predictable moment to catch and keeps the environment controlled between takes.
