Make the globe the finish line
Put the globe at the end of the trail, not the start. Families complete the route to reach it, which means your trail sponsors and tenants get walked past rather than skipped, and the reward is a photo the family keeps.
What the spring scene looks like
Instead of snow, the globe runs blossom or pastel petals, with props such as a large bunny and oversized eggs. Guests throw the petals towards the internal fan themselves, so the swirl happens on demand and the scene stays controlled and tidy between groups.
Programming across the school holidays
Two weeks of Easter holidays plus the surrounding weekends is the natural window. Because the globe is a fixed set, it can carry a stamped trail in the first week and a themed activity or competition in the second without a rebuild.
- ❄Weekday mornings: buggy-friendly slots and quieter queues
- ❄Weekends and bank holidays: timed slots and a visible wait board
- ❄Final weekend: prize draw or hidden-object mechanic to lift returns
